Pacor's waterjet cutting provides prototype parts or low quantity orders. Pacor's autocutter machines are used to cut high quantities of parts having minimal small details. Pacor's die cut presses are used to cut parts having small details, requiring a tight tolerance, or for accurately cutting multiple layers in high-volume orders.

Effective HVAC insulating involves the lining of equipment such as mixing boxes, room and rooftop air conditioners, compressor units, domestic furnaces and heat pumps in an effort to reduce thermal transfer and make the equipment more efficient. Pacor can provide specialty cut shapes and pieces to particular customer specifications. Pacor has a wide variety of laminating methods to suit various needs. Pacor's wet laminators provide an even coat of glue to attach a roll of insulation material to a roll of foil or other component you require. Pacor's laminating equipment can easily handle lamination of fiberglass and aerogel insulation; foil and cloth. Pacor uses customer prints or CAD files to create instructions for our laminator operators. Just send over the file, and Pacor will fabricate your request. Pacor will work with you to determine the optimal insulation and laminates required for your application.

Many of the materials Pacor offers are effective at reducing sound transfer as well as heat transfer. Mass loaded vinyl barrier, foams, fiberglass and mineral wools are very effective at noise abatement. Availability: Sheets, 48" x 96" (standard). Designed for the refinery and chemical processing industries, UltraGard pipe wrap insulation cuts energy loss and extends pipe rack efficiencies in piping systems.

Foam insulation is low cost solution for both thermal and acoustic insulation needs. It is an excellent material for gasketing and sealing. Products can be ordered with or without pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) and can be fabricated in a number of ways to meet your requirements. Availability: Sheets, 48" x 96" (standard).
