Received notification of tech’s arrival by phone. He introduced himself saying he’d be here in 45 min or so. Arrived in exact 40 min. Assessed the problem right away. Had the part needed in his truck. Price quoted was reasonable. Was completed promptly. Answered all my questions politely. Did not try to over sell. I truly would and will definitely recommend this person

Just had my heat pump switched to gas heat and a new air conditioner installed today. The whole experience was great! Tommy my sales person answered all my questions I had upfront and the install team of Diego, Jermaine and Jose were very professional as well. I would highly recommend Schumate!

I have nothing but good things to say about Shumate. We have used them the entire time we've been in our home and the service has always been great; they are prompt and consistently do quality work. Last week, however, they exceeded our expectations. On Monday I noticed our furnace had stopped working. I called and within two hours they were at my house. It turned out that our almost 30-year-old furnace finally needed to be replaced. Less than an hour after Kenneth and his helper left, Dennis arrived to quote us a price for the replacement. We signed the paperwork and were told they'd be back in the morning to put in the new unit. I cannot remember the installation technicians' names but I do know they were at my house at 7:15 a.m. ready to go! By lunchtime we had heat again. It took less than 24 hours from the time I first noticed we were without heat until we were back up and running with a brand new furnace. With a 5-month old in our home I really cannot understate our appreciation of this speedy service. I highly recommend them!

It was a pleasure to do business with Rick Sosebee from Shumate. He came out to my house on time. Very friendly and professional. Rick was able to fix two toilets that weren’t working properly and identified problems with my sewer line. I would definitely use shumate again for any plumbing needs. I would definitely ask for Rick!

Purchased new package unit from Shumate 5 years ago. Nothing but problems. Paid 8400 dollars for this unit and it has cost us 3000 in repairs and service contract. Every time the service is done 3 weeks later the unit breaks down. Parts are warranty but labor is not. Can’t seem to get anyone to contact me in management about this junkie unit that is suppose to be brand new. Has cost us more in 5 years than the 20 year old unit they replaced. Seems to me they don’t care to much after the sale. Lennox is junk.

We have been very impressed with Shumate, their customer service and their employees. We had various issues with our HVAC system and they never gave up. Any time we called someone came out to address the problem. Even ended up replacing our existing system with a brand new one at no cost to us. Shumate is a great company and would highly recommend!

Very professional, reliable, clean and trustworthy! I have been a customer now for several years. During this time I have owned several homes that I have used Shumate each time to help me. They have a great team that has helped me with plumbing (Adam is very professional!) and heating/air systems. I never have had to second guess the work and it is top quality each time. This included a new HVAC install, new toilet, replacing parts on toilets, maintenance contract for HVAC and a new hot water heater. They are always able to explain all the work and how it was completed as I am a very curious person so I ask several questions and they never get tired of helping me. They will be just as helpful to you! I am certain.

Just wanted to share my experience this week with Reliable and Shumate-- yesterday Reliable was supposed to clean my AC ducts. They sent out Josh Marer, who got to my house, banged on the door, and needed to use my bathroom right away. Then he went upstairs to the attic, was up there by himself for 5-10 minutes, and called me up to check out where "someone clearly slashed this duct". (No one ever goes up there except Shumate for the normal preventative stuff and I've never had an issue and they would've told me if something was amiss.) I generally trust my instincts, and my gut was telling me this dude was sketch. He told me it would be an extra $300 to fix. I promptly kicked him out, costing Reliable both jobs (after he needed to pee again-- who gets to a job and uses the bathroom twice in 10 minutes?! 🙄😒). I called Shumate right away, they sent out Reesio Jones today, and he told me that the first guy definitely cut that duct open. Reesio fixed it for free in less than 10 minutes, had the booties to protect my floors from the yucky rainy day outside, was super pleasant and kind, and I literally could not ask for a better experience. Someone please give Reesio a raise, because workmen like him are truly hard to find! Shumate, y'all have a customer for life because of his attitude, efficiency, and kindness. I've already recommended you to friends and family in the area, but today I also shared my experience with my neighborhood Facebook group and others in my neighborhood have said they will use you for future needs. Thank you!!

Had our upstairs AC quit working on a Sat; they had a guy at the house mid-morning Sun; found the problem quickly. Required a new evaporator coil which they ordered Monday and installed based on our schedule. Great job and works perfectly.
