Do you want air conditioning? Last year I was on the fence about installing it. I am so glad I did. We were without heat this winter, and they were able to come right away and replace a part and get us back up and running. Another company I called for a second opinion had a week wait time and was going to cost almost double what Pacific quoted and charged.

Good companies have happy employees. Back in 2012 I bought a heating unit. It worked flawlessly until recently. I called and got a same day inspection. An internal part had gone bad and was very expensive. The part came next day with a younger technician. He was masked and went right to work. As he finished and recorded the work done on the heater panel, I noticed he kept stepping back to leave. I told him it has been a great unit.....he pulled his mask down a bit and said "I installed it ". My air handling needs are taken care of. Hire this company be taken care of for decades.

I bought my house in May of 2020. For the past three weeks, I noticed my gas fireplace extinguishing after about 30 minutes of it burning. I called a hearth company in Olympia: they told me they can’t service my fireplace because it’s more than 20 years old. I then called another local hearth company and they told me they were booked up until May of this year, but they referred me to Pacific Air Heating Air Conditioning. Eric showed up today, and I informed him of the issue. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with my fireplace: the Thermopile Generator needed to be replaced. Additionally, I asked Eric to arrange the ceramic wood to assimilate campfire logs arranged in a semi-vertical manner. Eric was very professional and very informative, and he took the time to explain the mechanics of my gas fireplace. Eric vacuumed the debris and cleaned the glass. My fireplace works like a champ now!! KUDOS to Eric and PAHAC!! I will DEFINITELY call PAHAC for future HVAC and gas fireplace maintenance and repairs!

Pacific Air was the only local Company that I contacted to say “Yes” for servicing my gas fireplace at one of our rental homes. The others including Companies that I have done considerable business with over a number of years all said they would not do service on a fireplace whose brand they did not sell. Pacific Air has my HVAC business in the future? Their service-tech Kyle did an outstanding job of cleaning, adjusting, and fireplace startup service, not to mention discussing the features of the fireplace with customer.

Called this morning when the heat wasn't coming on and was called back quickly, a technician (Eric) came and diagnosed the problem all within an hour or so. Eric was courteous, explained and ordered the part that was needed. He will be back tomorrow. Quick, friendly service.
