McClelland's Club MAC membership offers residential customers semi-annual maintenance on their home's HVAC system for just $149.00 annually with a $50 initial membership fee. Maintenance is available for your Split Gas/Electric or Heat Pump systems as well as your Packaged Gas/Electric or Heat Pump Systems. The above offered rate includes one visit in the spring and one in the fall before the peak seasons.
