ERS has been in business for 15 years and Ryan Bryson, the owner, has been in the industry since he was 15 years old. Size also matters in air conditioners. Too small and it will not cool your home properly and too large and it can freeze up because the ducting and air flow are insufficient. Either extreme leads to hot conditions and unhappy people; neither are preferred. Air conditioners are measured in tons of cooling (one ton of cooling is 12K BTUs) and in efficiency ratings notated by a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) number from 13 to more than 30. A higher SEER number means the air conditioner requires less energy to run.
ERS maintains and repairs all types of commercial refrigeration units ranging from reach-in coolers and ice machines to cold storage facilities to cryogenic and cascade refrigeration systems. We perform the warranty work for 10 different chamber manufacturers for all their installed systems in Utah and Southern Idaho. We repair and maintain the chambers used by Moog Aircraft Group in Salt Lake City in their testing and design for Airbus, a leading aircraft manufacturer.
ERS maintains and repairs all types of commercial heating and cooling equipment from standard package units to hot deck / cold deck boiler and chiller systems that provide specific temperature air flow for each and every room in a building. We work on all types from the smallest rooftop units to the largest VAVs.

So my gas fireplace hasn’t been working since early Spring...I had no idea what was wrong. Since warmer weather was coming, I figured I’d worry about it later. Today was “later,” apparently! I had called my home warranty company, only to be told that my coverage doesn’t include fireplaces. I was going to ask a co-worker tomorrow if he could recommend a good HVAC company to come look at it. However, I just noticed an ERS Heating and Cooling truck outside my condo a few minutes ago, as they were working on an issue for my neighbor. I saw two technicians going out to their truck, so I ran to ask them if they worked on gas fireplaces(for future reference). To make the rest of a long story short, five minutes later my fireplace was working! They came in, took a look and opened up the panel, made a couple adjustments, and my fireplace is back in business! That was that! I’m calling them any time I have a heating/cooling issue from now on!

ERS was fantastic. After a botched job by Anyhour heating and air and being told they wouldn't come out for 10 days I started looking for a new company. BEST decision ever. So glad we were referred to Lori and ERS. She immediately tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone to see if we could get things going. It was a hands on job but Josh showed up Monday and went above and beyond. We had no idea how bad the problem was and can't thank Josh enough for being patient and thorough enough to get our system straightened out. Thank you again, we will not be using anyone else from here on out!
