Didn't fix our problem. After the first day of trying to clean out our basement plumbing problem, they said they'd come back the next day with more equipment. They called back the next day, said their van broke down and they'd come the next day. On the third day they called and said they would NOT be able to help us. Thanks so much for letting me believe you could help us while in the meantime my family sat with a sewage-filled basement FOR THREE DAYS. We should have called someone else after the first day.
