Worst experience ever!. To be honest my parents had a pleasant experience with Shasta 10 years ago and the pool turned out great. My wife and I had provided a design including all measurements of what we were wanting Shasta to build for us. The first initial consult with Shasta was a horrible experience, they did not offer any ideas and asked for a copy of the design before leaving. Design was provided yet when looking to get the build quoted out he continually was leaving features out such as the infinity spa. I felt as though he forgot everything that was discussed at the time of the consult. I have since copied Rick on my email to the sales rep explaining how frustrated with the whole process my wife and I are and have decided to contact other local pool builders in the valley.
We have had our Shasta spool (pool/spa) since 11/2012. We were told exactly how long it would take from start to finish, and it was completed as promised. We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship we received from Shasta during the construction and upon completion. Glad we choose Shasta Pools.
I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.they have totally let down my close friends with the new build of their pool. They are 3 weeks past the deadline they informed them they would have the pool completed. They haven't even started yet. No one is responding to their calls or emails. Extremely disappointed with their level of customer service.
