I had Russ come out for the A/C cleaning special. He was very courteous and professional. He did a phenomenal job. I got lots of great feedback. I didn't feel pressured or forced into additional services or repairs. I got the necessary information to make the most educated decision to keep my A/C running efficiently.

They were very thorough on my one year anniversary visit. Ryker took pictures of the specs for my unit and the actual readings from his gauge to show me my unit was in compliance. He put plastic covers over his shoes when coming inside. He explained I had no insulation in my attic and sent me estimates for the work using different grades for foam or fiberglass.
I'd like to thank Marina and Maria for handling the scheduling and updates on my appointment. Truly a top notch company with excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their a/c unit.

Thank you for sending Ryker out for my annual unit maintenance inspection. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained everything as he went along and compared my digital readings to the manufacturer's suggested readings. It was nice to see a technician rather than a salesman. Very satisfied and will continue to recommend Emergency Air to friends and family.

All technicians were very friendly and very professional. Our a/c went out so we had to get another one. The technician Ryan came out and went over the options. We picked one and they had a new a/c in 3 days. The are very responsive, the ladies at the office are really understanding when you call. All the technicians are super, Ryan, Kyle, Pat and Lorenzo. We would definitely recommend them.

10 🌟 We had them install a new AC May 2021. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had a few things pop up that they took care of immediately. Had problems with air flow several times no fault of theirs and they returned and fixed it until we were perfectly satisfied. I can't say enough about their customer service!! The best in the industry from guy who came out to give us an estimate, the office staff, installers, and maintenance...outstanding!!

Bought a new system a few years back and signed up with the service contract. Nate Sowa was just here again to do my spring check up. He is such a nice guy, wore a mask due to my Covid concerns, was efficient and professional. He even changed my air filter. Great customer service. I will have them back out in the fall for the heat checkup. Highly recommend this company!

Just a simple request to jnstall a new thermostat turned into a lesson on my HVAC equipment. New to PHX, I did not fully understand how things work ot what to expect. But Robert Patrick taught me more in one hour than all other service providers since we arrived September 2019. Emergency Air is definitely on my Rolodex.

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening. Around midnight, we submitted a service request with our home warranty program. At 10 this morning I had to call the company they referred to us to set up an appointment, but they couldn’t get us in until tomorrow afternoon. It was already over 90 degrees outside and 88 degrees in our house. After calling the warranty service back, they still couldn’t get anyone out until tomorrow morning. I remembered winning a free year service with Emergency Air at a home and garden show a few months ago, so we gave them a call. They scheduled us immediately and we had a technician, Robert, at our house within 2 hours. He quickly found the problem and had us cooling down within 20 minutes. He also checked the rest of the system and suggested what we may need to do in the future. We were very happy with how fast they were able to come out and the great service that was provided by Robert. We will definitely be using them for any future ac needs.
