Upon graduating from Duchesne High School, Richard Pallardy decided to work for a heating and air conditioning company in St. Louis and attend North County Technical School for HVAC. He graduated from North County Technical School and continued to work for a St. Louis HVAC company for 11 years. In 1987, Richard Pallardy started his own business. He ran that business out of his home before expanding and moving to our current location.
AC stopped working at my elderly parents house, first call was to Jerry Kelly they couldn't make it out till 3pm.2nd call was to Pallardy eta was 10:30am but arrived by 930am! Guy was super awesome.tha nk you! Will definitely use again & recommend to anyone in a heartbeat

I just had a great experience! After fighting with a home warranty company for a week, I was finally able to call a company of my choice and I immediately chose Pallardy! I will never use anyone else ever again. I got the help I needed within 30 minutes on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Pallardy had a very friendly and knowledgable technition, and the service was fast. They even helped a bit with going through the warranty company, which wasn't easy. It was just what I needed when temperatures were about to go sub-zero and I didn't have a working heater. Thank you so much!
TIP FOR TODAY: Please check your filter and change it. We have had 10 service calls due to furnace not keeping up due to dirty filter. Every singe one said they recently changed the filter. I had 2 more calls today, also dirty filter. Hot air cannot get through a dirty filter. Is your furnace struggling to keep up, CHANGE YOUR FILTER!
