Our 80,000 square foot pre-fabrication facility houses dedicated class 10, 100, and 1000 purity cleanrooms, a piping facility, and a plumbing facility. These facilities handle multiple systems, material types, components, and modularization with excess capacity. Our 3D model generates fabrication drawings directly to the fabrication shop for production. Each piece is cross checked before shipping to the jobsite. Our pre-fabrication solutions reduce overall duration of field activities by up to 30% as well as reduce job-site overhead and control schedule.
