Colton Heating & Cooling celebrates its 26th anniversary this year. Founded in Wheaton, IL by Dave and Celeste Colton, this family operated business has prospered in DuPage, North Will, and East Kane Counties. In 1987, the business expanded and opened a second office near downtown Naperville. This facility provided greater space to house a growing parts and equipment inventory. In 2007 this facility was re-located to Warrenville, near route 59 and the I-88 tollway, in order to reduce travel expenses and more efficiently cover our growing market area.

After a flood or a storm surge from a hurricane, homeowners are advised to take important safety precautions with regard to their home's heating and cooling systems. A house or basement exposed to standing water can damage your home's water heater, furnace, boiler, air-conditioning, ventilation, and heat pump system - putting your family at risk. Flood-damaged heating and cooling equipment and systems should be replaced and not repaired, according to AHRI. All inspection and replacement work on flooded equipment should be performed by qualified heating and cooling contractors, not by homeowners.
