My air conditioning unit all of a sudden stopped cooling my house. Called integrity and Jason arrived same day to discover the cause. Turned out my unit lost pressure, so Jason recharged my a/c unit and also put dye in the line to see if we can detect if there's a leak in the system. But at this point my house is nice and cool again. Jason was professional, thorough, and helpful. I'm grateful Integrity Heating and Cooling have wonderful technicians that know there stuff.

Recently I had my air conditioner replaced. James and his crew were right on time, friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was working properly and the work areas were fully cleaned before leaving. I have been a customer for 14 years. I appreciate that they notify you who will be coming by texting you a photo of the service person. Honestly, they have been reliable and consistent in excellent service throughout the years. They truly are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them.

First I would say, I have had Integrity Heating and Cooling for many years I trust them with the safety of my family because of their knowledge and workmanship. Todd Chasse is one of the most knowledgeable experienced technicians in this field that I have ever come across. After reviewing my situation with my Central Air unit and Todd explained it in details I was very happy with his knowledge and expertise.

He explained what was imperative for us to replace and what was non-essential along with the consequences of what could occur if we let things get worse. I can't say enough good things about our experience with John and James. Their level of knowledge and enthusiasm for getting our HVAC system replaced were amazing. They took their time with us to help us understand the difference between systems and efficiency, James and his team were professional and patient, they took the time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing.
They showed up on time and professionally installed 2 end to end HVAC systems in one day. Integrity team was a pleasure to work with and we will only be calling them from now on! 10/10 experience, value and timeliness.

The installers came out late afternoon and installed the new furnace the same day. They were very professional and very meticulous on everything they did from removing the old unit to installing the new one and making sure everything worked properly before leaving after a long day for them. They also installed my air conditioner earlier this year and was just as happy. It's great to see people who still take pride in their work.

It's hard to find the right words to adequately describe this company. We have been blessed to have the help of Integrity for several years now, and they are the gold standard in heating and air conditioning. On our recent repair, Aaron and Tim were polite, prompt, and super professional. Every single representative they have sent our way has been courteous and unbelievably respectful. They know how to hire and train their people. Stop looking for a company right now and try these guys. I guarantee you won't go back to anybody else!

Called for a quote to replace my complete HVAC system. Integrity beat the other quotes by a substantial amount, saving me thousands of dollars while also offering me extras as part of a promotion. Sales person was VERY knowledgeable and I had a quote via email within a half hour of him leaving. Install was scheduled and completed within a week of me calling and was done very professionally and thoroughly.
I would have given a 5 star review but both the Furnace AND the AC unit were quoted to me with different efficiencies than what the manufacturer actually states they are - I am rather upset about this and feel I was actually mislead a bit. Quoted "90,000 BTU" Furnace and sticker reads "88,000 BTU"/Quoted a "15 SEER" Rating AC Unit and Energyguide rating is "13 SEER".
