I arrived home last night to a cold house and couldn't get the furnace to come on. I called Lisco this morning at 7:30am and my favourite tech Ritchie was here within the hour even though he was supposed to be off. He could find nothing wrong with the furnace, suggested that it might be an intermittent stuck switch and told me what to try if the problem recurred. I was charged for just the service call. I have dealt with Lisco since buying my house in 2015 and they are the consummate, honest professionals. They are also very pleasant. Five stars all around!

I had an issue with my Boiler and no PSI pressure. I called my Dad and he said he has used Lisco before and he said they were a good option to try. I called on Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes a Service Technician called me back. I explained the issue and after a few minutes, with my limited HVAC knowledge he talked me through a potential fix with a water pressure valve and that solved my low PSI issue. Most companies might have not offered to walk me through a fix over the phone and would have showed up and charged me a service fee to fix something that just took seconds to fix.
