We have used the furnace guy several times and always been happy. Today they were at my mothers and I was ready to have a new air conditioner and furnace installed. Phil advised furnace was only 6 years old and connected wires that had been cut to the ac and thermostat. He was there over an hour and charged us nothing because prior work was done so shoddy even though it was not even done by his company. I have recommended them before and certainly will in the future.
Great service! I called at 8:15 Thursday morning, they had someone here by 9:00, the serviceman was great, he was a "new" guy with 40 years experience, he was awesome, we always call the furnace guy!
I had a new A/C unit and condenser installed. The nice, calm and very business like gentleman that came ro give me an estimate, had to deal with my condo neighbor, because the lines run through her condo. She was not very nice, but he remained professional. He explained to me the cold air return needed to be reducted into the furnance. Because it was done very poorly in 2009 before I bought the condo. They did a great job and the 3 guys thst were here had no problems with my neighbor either. A couple days after they left I had to use the A/C, the amount of air flow was increased by 20-30+% as a result of the reducting the cold. Great job! Thank you
Just wanted to let you know that we are still able to make any repairs that you need. Our office is closed but we are always available by phone or internet. Our technicians will wear masks and gloves as well as our usual booties. We will try to wipe down any surface that we touch. Unfortunately we will not do any tune-ups until after the shelter in place restrictions are lifted. As always, we hope you stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all again when this is all done.
