Jay Royer was very honest and upfront. He gave me lots of options and guided me when I had questions. He knows his HVAC and what's the best way to do it. I feel that I got a fair price, and he helped me with how to pay for it. He is local and lives in the area. He's a local business owner, so I am supporting my local community and not a big corporate company. Jay taught me a lot, and I did my own research. I will save money in the long run with a more energy efficient unit that he recommended. As this is Earth Day, I will be doing my part to make it better. Two weeks ago, we hired Sweet Life to clean out our ventilation system. We just moved into our house and the vents needed a deep cleaning because of how disgusting they were. They have came out three different times. Have never fixed issue. Yesterday said they would be out today between 12 and 1. So I called to verify because of the time we've had now saying 1-3. Would never recommend

The representative was very professional and polite. He was able to give me an estimate to replace my heat pump right away. After signing a contract to have it replaced, the rep replaced the refrigerant in my AC so that I could have cool air. I will leave another comment after my heat pump is replaced.
