We always have the best professional service from Thomas & Galbraith. When our service is due we get emails. They send is am email telling who our serviceman is going to be so we know who to expect. While he is here he takes many pictures of our unit. He shows them to us after he is finished and explains what condition it is in. We then get follow up emails sending the same pictures so we can keep them or refer back to them if needed. They are always very punctual with a phone call letting us know we are the next stop confirming it is a good time to come? They are very courteous. They wearing protective shoes covers in our home. Very thorough doing an excelent job. We are most impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for your air conditioning and heating services.

I had a great experience with Thomas and Galbraith. I had a leak and Dustin came out the next day and was able to pin point where it was and fix it within a reasonable timeframe. We had no additional issues with that leak. Another company I had called wasn’t even going to be able to come out until this coming Friday. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Outstanding Company. They arrived within the given window. Extremely professional and courteous employees. They did their work. Provided images of all the vents before they cleaned them. Excellent value. Had to call them for a completely different issue 3 days later and despite been a Sunday, they called me back with an agent's availability pretty fast. Did not charge me the amount they have said for visiting only, as I was now a client and had an account with them (very honest) and did an exceptional work again. Will continue using them and will share with my friends. Very reliable, great quality company. A pleasure to do business with!

My technician Brian was respectful, kind and knowledgeable. He ran me through all of repair options, including the cost of each. He was thorough enough to educate me on several aspects of my home’s plumbing while I had his attention. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today!

We called for one main issue and upon arrival he was able to fix this and explain the work previously attempted from another company, he also diagnosed another major plumbing leak I had concerns over and explained the current replacements for outdated material. I was given many recommendations and set up with a plan I am both confident and satisfied in. My first thoughts of selling the house to not be a homeowner after 10 years have now changed to I am confident I found the right people to help me stay a home owner. I truly thank you!! My bathroom sink was clogged, this was the 2nd time for the clog with the sink. The previous technician couldn't get it unclogged. This time around no Melvin on the job. The technician Jeff was great, he got it done right, no mess, no fuss, and he was professional and polite.

My AC went out and I put a request in on the website and they called me back in less than 5 minutes to schedule an appointment and got me in the next day. My AC was fixed in less than 24 hrs. from the time I contacted them. n they were very professional from the scheduling of the appt to the completion of the job. The tech explained every step from beginning to finish. I was very impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them. The communication was excellent. They are wonderful. Of course needed emergency drain clogged problem on a holiday Sunday. Came promptly and Brandon the technician was awesome. Very professional friendly and most importantly fixed the problem in no time. Thought would cost a fortune but was very reasonable! Gave estimate and prices on phone and that’s what it cost. I will give them 2 stars because I got a great deal on my furnace and the service has been very good but I am now alerted to their poor business practices. they make you prepay for extra services like duct cleaning and then if you have some significant, unexpected expenses and want to cancel the expensive service you prepaid for you are unable to do so. I will NOT be ordering any other extra services with this company which is unfortunate for them as I had planned on adding a humidifier to my system in the next 4-6 months.
