They never showed up for the appointment. I called the morning of to confirm and was told they would be there. Even worse, when I called past the appointment time to let them know the rep never showed, they told me I was his next appointment and would be there. Again, never showed. Wasted 5 hours of my day waiting around.

When our AC broke we called Service Experts. Their technician Juan Losada was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He thoroughly explained to us all our options to replace the broken AC including cost and equipment specifications. After we made our choice we had a new AC and hot water heater installed In less than 24 hours. GREAT service! GREAT technician.

Today was my firs time using Service Experts for our AC Maintenance’s. Alex was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough. Unfortunately after servicing, found out two of my AC needed to be replaced. Claude the consultant was so great in explaining all their different packages & worked with us within our budget. He arranged for us to replaced the two units the same day. The three technicians who came within the hour (Jorg, Jose & Dublas)were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked very efficiently. Both my husband and I were very pleased with their services. I will be using them from now on & I highly recommend them for all your heating & AC servicing needs.

Absolutely fantastic work! Claude provided my mom with an efficient plan for redesigning her HVAC system and kept in contact daily with her as the work progressed. Two of the nicest guys, Garrett and Richard, did a remarkable job following Claude's blueprint and worked so well together. We are both impressed with their work especially since this was an intricate system to put in and structural changes were necessary. And they cleaned up the worksite perfectly! Thank you!
