We service and repair all brands, provide maintenance agreements with discounts and are qualified to participate in our manufacturers rebates and tax credits when offered for changing out existing systems to new, high efficiency system installations. We'll begin by agreeing that there are many manufacturers of air conditioning equipment who provide great features, enhancements and efficiency's. Some folks have a good idea which brand is best for them while others are unsure which to choose. This is a very important decision since it is one that will live with you for quite some time.

We've been in business since 1983, our founder has worked in the air conditioning business a lot longer than that and still enjoys his work so you get the benefit of knowing he'll make the difference when you are looking for someone who will help you with your air conditioning needs. We are licensed state of Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractors. We keep abreast of all information that impacts our industry through continuing education as well as industry training seminars for the enhancements made to air quality.

We have our own sheet metal shop and the knowledgeable workers to provide Sheet Metal Fabrication. As with all our work, we take pride in the finished product.

Over these many years we have designed, installed and serviced central air conditioning systems in modular homes, mobile homes, condos, vacation escapes on the islands right up to and including dream homes and residential estates while providing each with equal care and attention. We will never tell you a change out of all or part of your system should be done if it isn't necessary. If it's not dead, we won't tell you it needs to be buried, but we will endeavor to inform you of your options so that you can make the decision that is best for you since factors such as operating cost efficiency, may provide the savings that will benefit you better going forward.
