Carrier and Bryant Equipment come with a 10 year parts warranty on most new system installations when properly registered. We service all other major brands of air conditioning equipment including Trane, Lennox, Tempstar, Payne etc. to name a few and can normally handle warranty parts for them. SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) is a cooling efficiency rating for air conditioning systems. It indicates how much energy your unit will use to cool your home.
