Bought the hvac system from them, and service contract, system is 9 years old. Called Sunday 4:45 and was told a tech would call when on their way, at 8PM I called to follow up and was told an email would be sent and a tech would call. At 11 PM I called and again was told a tech would call but someone would be out. At 1AM I went to bed. On Monday I called customer service and was told tots were opened and closed and a dispatch never was sent to a tech. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who said he was sorry and he couldn’t do anything but put me on the schedule for a dispatch 12-2. Tech arrives says the thermostat is no good and a board is blown. It will be 3 days to get a new board, and the unit still is under warranty. The cost will be 681 dollars. The following day I called to confirm the board was on its way and to bet on the schedule to get the board and thermostat installed. After multiple calls finally got a time, 2-4 on Thursday. Tech arrives at 5:30. Installs a board and new thermostat cost $1,513.00. The thermostat is on Amazon for $389.00. There’s clearly no focus on customer service, the managers don’t care, the focus is on overcharging. Worst experience I’ve had, out of desperation got a small window unit to survive the heat. I will be changing service companies. And now at 9:30 my house is at 81 degrees, so I call and am told the protocol won’t let them dispatch a tech this evening as a tech was here today. I can go back I. The queue and wait again for a tech to show up sometime tomorrow. No supervisor on duty and everyone is working from home…….as a customer I can only advis don’t let this happen to you, take your business elsewhere.
We are Advantage members. I called at 8:00 am this morning and I received a call in 20 minutes that a tech was on the way. Ricky arrived on schedule and pleasant. He seemed to check everything and now we have a working AC. Superior service and quick. Thank you.
I did not want to even give this company a star but had to so I could write my review. Called on Thursday as we were having an issue with our HVAC system. The woman I spoke to stated that there was an opening for that evening and she would call me between 5 and 5:30 PM to give us the tech's ETA. At 5:50 PM she called and Informed me that the tech Mike would arrive in about 2hrs. Fast forward to 11:30 PM and no tech I went to bed. The next day I called, giving them the benefit of the doubt that something happened, nope just a no call no show. They apologized and offered me another appointment for Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm so I gave them the opportunity to make good. Fast forward to 12:50 PM, with yet another no call no show , I called to inquire if the tech was even going to arrive. Well not only were they rude and uncooperative my new eta was between 2pm and 4pm. Well fast forward to now Sunday and guess what? That's right a no call no show. I would not recommend this company as very unreliable. I am so glad they don't need the work and more pleased than we did not lose our heat.
We had an issue with our A/C and Steve arrived this morning and thoroughly checked out our system to seize the problem...thank goodness it is an easy fix and he was so kind, patient and positive! We really appreciate people who are so eager to help ...especially when I was so irritable and unhappy upon his arrival.

Great service by Eddie. Very knowledgeable of Lennox technology. IComfort WiFi thermostat for HVAC system had to be replaced in order to have heat tonight.
