Bio-Clean

Sewer Video Inspections
Using a tiny, fiber optic video camera snaked through the line, it is now possible to conduct a complete visual line inspection to evaluate the condition of the pipes and seek out the location of any blockage. The inspection can even be recorded so you and your plumber can review the problem together and determine the best approach to your sewer line repair.
Slab Leak
A slab leak, gas or water, occurs when hot or cold water pipes beneath the home start leaking. The pipes can start leaking for many reasons - the pipes are old, the chemistry of the water supply, faulty installation, etc. When a slab leak occurs, we locate the leaking pipe using leak detection. Then access to the pipe is made through the floor to repair the pipe. When the repair is not feasible due to being located beneath a cabinet or tub, we can re-route the plumbing or re-pipe the house.

Once again this company saved us!!! They came out quickly and were able to unclog our kitchen sink . The last two companies we contacted told us that they would have to dig up the floor in our kitchen ( which are travertine pavers we would not be able to match) to be able to get to the clog or break in our pipe. Bobby was amazing and very stubborn about finding the clog and making sure it was all cleaned out . We will ALWAYS call this company for ANY of our plumbing needs. They are very friendly , attentive and hard working . We are very impressed with all of them

Bobby showed up in a timely manner, He worked quietly and quickly installing our new bath faucets. He disposed of all the packing materials and left our counter clean and dry. He took a few moments to answer my questions and in demonstrating how the sink drain cover worked. As he left he mentioned that he appreciated our choosing the firm he worked with. He also mentioned their 90 day guarantee on all plumbing. All I all, Reliable is a great firm.

Very professional as they came in to fix our toilet but noticed a strong gas smell and likely saved our lives! They re-piped (old gas line was in slab!) at a fair cost and in a timely manner (scheduling us for next-day, full day) even though it was likely not the most convenient reshuffle for them. This kind of top notch service is rare these days. I have actually used them for years and have never had any issue with their service. Always great!

Called them kind of late in the day and they did everthing they could to get someone out to unclog the main sewer line to the house that night. Gave me a close estimate over the phone without an after hours fee. Bobby was so nice and went out of his way to explain the problem. Also took the time to look at the washer drain situation in the garage and gave recommendations and is sending some estimates. Highly recommend this company!!!

My kitchen sink drain line clogged and water was coming up in my garage sink. I needed to have the drain line cleaned out, so I called Reliable about 8:30 this morning and spoke with Camille. She was very friendly and helpful, and she dispatched Bobby out to me within an hour. I showed Bobby the problem area and he was able to access a clean-out port on the outside of the house by the kitchen. He snaked out that drain line for close to an hour and got it cleared out and running like new.
It was a pleasure to do business with such friendly professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
