Casto Technical Services, Inc. (CTS) has been a locally owned and operated HVAC company in Charleston, WV since 1965. Founded in 1965, by Harry Casto, Casto Technical Services, Inc., ("Casto") is a commercial heating and cooling business in Charleston, West Virginia. For more than 50 years, Casto has provided state of the art HVAC services for buildings such as schools, large corporate buildings, and hospitals within the state of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Casto Technical Services understands that each customer is different. Therefore, no preventative maintenance plan is the same. Casto offers scheduled maintenance agreements (annual, bi-annual, quarterly, etc.) as a proactive strategy to eliminate repairs and prolong the life of the equipment. Casto also offers full maintenance agreements that covers repairs (exclusions apply) on the covered pieces of equipment.

Backflow is the undesirable reversal of the flow of water from its intended direction in any pipeline or plumbing system. Backflow is dangerous because it can allow drinking water in plumbing systems to become contaminated and unusable. The West Virginia Bureau of Public Health Title 64 Legislative Rule Series 15 requires all water customers that are open to the public to have an approved backflow device installed and tested on an annual basis. A tester certified by the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health must test backflow devices.
