Crescent Builds is a family owned and operated build firm that works with homeowners, architects and interior designers throughout the greater Seattle area since 2006. We've built our firm on a foundation of transparency, collaboration and an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of our work. We create a collaborative experience when partnering with clients, architects and design professionals to bring construction and remodeling visions to life.
In 2006, we took on our first project as Crescent Builds. We knew we had a passion for creating beautiful spaces for people to live and work in. We wanted that passion to be reflected in our work. Our creation was a custom designed and built craftsman garden shed with bold lines, bright colors and a lot of character. Since that first project we have grown and now after more than 13 years in business, we look back on our first project and realize that while our team has grown and changed, our passion for the work we do is still as strong as it ever was.
We love collaborating with talented architects and designers. Great design is essential to the success of a project and key to achieving a stunning end result. We endeavor to be the best possible partners for designers and architects by ensuring good communication and collaboration throughout a project. Our job is to bring your vision to life while making the process efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved. We appreciate good design and the value that a design team brings to the table. We believe that the best approach is to work collaboratively throughout the process to make sure that the end product honors the vision of the designer and the client.
