Tierra Concepts is a successful local company, founded in Santa Fe in 1992. For the past 28 years we have been designing and building many of Santa Fe's finest homes. Tierra Concepts has completed 168 custom homes, a number that no other builder can match. We have a team approach that extends through every area of our business. To begin with, we have three partners, Eric, Keith and Kurt, each of who are intimately connected to every aspect of the company. We also have a team of designers, some of whom have been with Tierra Concepts since day one.

Years of remodeling and experience as a custom home builder for a variety of clients has taught us that every new owner has different needs - not only in design, but also for the time, energy and involvement each is prepared to devote. That's why Tierra Concepts offers several options, including building plans, custom home building, remodeling and renovations. Tierra Concepts has been working with Green Building design concepts for since our founding 25 years ago. Many people are now choosing home designers in New Mexico that incorporate green and high performance building guidelines when remodeling and building custom homes. Further, the City and County of Santa Fe have adopted Green Building Codes that apply to all new residential buildings. By reducing a home's environmental footprint a homeowner can lower operating costs. A high performance building will enjoy increased comfort due to fewer drafts, better humidity control and better indoor air quality, and will benefit from enhanced durability and less maintenance based on the longer-lived components and systems utilized.
