BP Builders was formed in 2015 when competitors, Adam Pyle, owner of Adam Pyle & Associates, and Matt Bailey, owner of The Bailey Company, put competition aside and joined together to create a stronger company with more to offer customers and more opportunity for business growth. Both Pyle and Bailey have spent their entire careers in the construction industry, providing quality work and treating customers with fairness and honesty.

When you work with us to design and build your project, you benefit from one contract, one point of contact and a unified workflow, from the initial design to the time your construction is complete. We ensure that communication throughout the process is clear and open among all of the players, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our architects will take your idea and create a design that delivers on your vision. Once you approve the design, we proceed with the planning and permitting process.

If you already have a set of construction plans, hire BP Builders to implement them for you. We offer two different types of payment plans: cost-plus, where you pay us a total percentage of the construction costs, or fixed-price. Cost Estimation: We offer you timely, accurate, and reliable information using our expert knowledge of market conditions and hard bid project costs. Low Sub-Contractor Bids: 90% of all work is competitively bid to ensure the lowest costs without sacrificing quality. Cost Management: We help you manage your budget on all cost-related areas of your construction project.
