RBR completed a commercial renovation project for a historic Chicago firehouse in Bucktown. We transformed a disastrous, dated kitchen into a modern oasis, custom-designed for comfort and function. This project involved converting a hair salon in a historic City of Chicago building and reconstructing the space into a sleek retail showroom. Our use of the spaces traditional elements, paired with modern finishes designed to fit GANTs sophisticated style, produced a timeless, updated commercial space.
A repeat client of ours recently purchased a large vintage (wonderful period detail still intact) co-op w/plans to do a complete gut-remodeling of the entire unit which includes a new Kitchen and Bathroom along with a lot of other custom features. This project was for a customer who purchased a home seeking renovations before his move-in date. He hired us to remodel the kitchen, family room, powder room, and install new hardwood floors. This project was done for a homeowner who needed to update her bathroom.
We were so happy with the work they did. Not only did they do an excellent job for us on what they could do, they referred us to great folks to do.
Sometimes all your kitchen needs is a facelift.
Remodeling a bathroom doesn’t always mean reconfiguring the entire room. With only the selection of the right tiles, colors, cabinetry, fixtures, and lighting, these homeowners completely transformed their bathroom without changing the layout. Can you say, "cost savings?"
Recently we were hired to transform an existing Master Bathroom that our client felt was dated and cold. They were looking to take their Master Bathroom and bring it out of the early 2000s and into 2021.
Not all bathrooms are created equal.
