I cannot say enough good things about working with Amber at Williams Kitchen and Bath. I came into the showroom with some kitchen layout ideas of my own and she helped guide those into a definitive plan. Her knowledge of basic kitchen requirements and measurements as well as her expertise in design was invaluable. I had pieced a lot of information together from blogs and google, but having Amber's professional input was far more reassuring and personal. She even came to the house to make sure my kitchen measurements were accurate before placing the cabinet order.
Unfortunately, there were some quality issues with the cabinet line we chose, and in retrospect, I might purchase cabinets that were manufactured more locally/in-state. However, Amber worked tirelessly, quickly, and patiently with me until all issues were completely resolved. Her presence helped alleviate the stress of the situation. With her assistance, I did not have to spend my time and energy to get what I needed rectified from the cabinet maker. Amber was a welcome go-between who made the process go as smoothly as possible. I love my new kitchen! Thank you again, Amber!
Everything about my order was messed up. The sizes of the cabinets were ordered wrong and then WE had to pay extra for the screw up. When the cabinets were delivered, we got two vanities one 22" and one 18" which we ordered. Our linen cabinet came without the shelves. So we had to schedule another delivery for the shelves and to have the wrong vanity picked up. when the counter top arrived and we got it home we found that it too was the wrong size. So we waited 2 more weeks for the right size counter to arrive. When it did arrive, we demanded that it be delivered. I am not happy with the way all of this was handled and would not recommend Williams to anyone.
Thank you Williams Kitchen and Bath! With the GR and all other locations around SW Michigan, we as customers, should feel very lucky we have the beautiful showrooms, warehouse; for almost same whole kitchen, bath cabinets, etc., this is not JUNK; they have three levels of quality in the warehouse, how rare is it to be able to take cabinets with you at a very reasonable price. I have also had their design staff come out and do a tremendous job, had ideas that just were wonderful. Yes, custom ordered takes longer to receive, but so well worth it. Wrong color cabinets, wrong granite installed, brand new construction done in January and STILL WAITING (it's Aug 2025 now) to get kitchen finished after 3rd set of cabinet doors.
