This South Minneapolis Attic remodel includes an Owner's Suite with exposed beams and chimney brick. The Kitchen refresh included opening the Kitchen to the Dining Room along with new fixtures and finishes. Our clients wanted to create a fresh, modern space for their family. This project encompassed the home's entire main floor, including remodeling the Kitchen, converting the old 3-season porch into the new Dining Room, and creating a proper Entry/Mudroom from the Garage. This South Minneapolis ADU has a two-car garage with a studio apartment above that includes Kitchenette with full-size appliances and a 3/4 Bath with washer & dryer.
