The gentleman that came to fix our toilet issue was fast, friendly and professional. He evaluated the issue, and the told us everything he was going to do before doing it, and went over the pricing (which was very reasonable). He was tidy and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again if the need for a plumber arises.

Called Hamilton for an estimate on new furnace and AC unit with a split unit upstairs on Thursday. They came out and give estimate, then tried to find us financing. We got approved for enough to do the furnace and AC without the split. We electronically signed everything and they showed up by 9 the next morning. By 3pm everything was installed and cleaned up and working perfectly.

Took his time to assess our problem and worked into the evening to make sure that everything was working properly! Even went the extra mile and made a note for when we would need to have our next service to keep the warranty active. We made an appointment for today and we were called to let us know the tec was on his way. Josh was the tec and was just great. Very nice and explained everything he had done and went over things that needed attention. I would highly recommend Bob Hamilton's company and request Josh to come to your home.
We had a slow kitchen drain and I felt like we were overcharged when the job ended up being much more simple of a fix than expected. I asked if we still had to pay the full amount since the job ended up being so much easier, the service tech confirmed that we did. Our interactions with him were positive, and he was very kind and professional, but I still left a review voicing my frustrations about the overall experience. The company asked if I would be willing to be contacted by a customer service rep. That individual was also kind and wanted me to be satisfied with my experience. She quickly offered to refund a portion of our total cost. We ended up paying a very reasonable price for the work. I went from a "never again" customer, to "will call them again" customer. The respect I felt from everyone I interacted with at Bob Hamilton was impressive. I never felt like I was an inconvenience. My concerns were never dismissed. Thank you!
