As a Lead Carpenter and finish carpentry specialist, Jeff takes great care to make certain every detail is a perfect as it can be. Todd always says, make it right it might be there for 100 years. I take that statement seriously in everything I touch, says Jeff. Jeff works as part of the carpentry team, mainly installing cabinetry, mill-work, fine finish details and other installation. He leads the field in his ability to perform his job with skill and precision, in addition to maintaining an easy ongoing communication with clients as projects progress under his careful watch.

Studying carpentry in high school and inspired by his father's mechanic's business, in 1992 Todd founded Advance Builders, Inc. which specialized in residential remodeling and custom home building. Under his inspiring leadership and direction, the then general contracting company was transformed in 2002 into Advance Design Studio, Ltd.; now providing full service Design and Construction. Todd leads the company today with nearly three decades of carpentry, general contracting and project management experience.
