Let's face it, a construction project can be one of the most rewarding - or one of the most maddening - experiences. Our company has been in the custom renovation, preservation, and custom home building business in the Nashville, Tennessee area for more than 25 years. In that time we've learned a thing or two about listening to our clients, refining the construction process and mastering our craft. It's no accident that our Award-winning design team has earned the spot as one of Nashville's and the Southeast region's most experienced and respected custom builders.
Kitchen remodels are one of our most requested design build projects. The kitchen is a focal point of the home where many home owners spend a majority of time and entertain guests. Outdoor kitchens are ever popular for entertaining by pools or backyard areas. Having a kitchen design that stands out can be a great selling point to a residential property.
Coleman Construction is the leading residential builder and historic home remodeler in Nashville Tennessee specializing in high-end, custom residential renovations. As experienced contractors, our mission is to provide the highest standard of craftsmanship, and customer service in the construction industry. Attention to detail has made us the leading builder in the remodeling industry. We will remodel your home - or your business - by enhancing and making the most of your existing space, including kitchens, baths, sun rooms, bathrooms, living, and dining areas and room additions.
In our bathroom case study, our design team came up with design ideas the owner loved. Then the construction crew (build team) started their work. They enlarged the square footage of the master bath to create a spacious feel in the limited area and we added some much needed. A complete gutting down to the studs and floor joists was required to reach a solid starting place. This tub was located in the master bathroom, and was replaced with a Kohler tub and valve. The window was replaced with a custom etched piece of glass sandwiched in insulated glass.

Did you know? A SHOT OF WHISKEY In the old west a .45 cartridge for a six-gun cost 12 cents, so did a glass of whiskey. If a cowhand was low on cash he would often give the bartender a cartridge in exchange for a drink. This became known as a "shot" of whiskey.
