I order cabinets on September 18 and just reserve it not assembled. and then a week later I just got word that my house has damage and I cannot purchase the cabinets. so I decided to cancel the order they hit me with 10% cancellation fee almost $500 for mo reason. I would never set the fuck does location and 4350 N. Andrews Ave., Oakland Park. thanks for the manager "Alexander" with no reason no commonsense just stifling peoples money.
I got a good experience with Panda Penbroke, after months of research and paying for design to big service provider (Lowes, HomeDepot, Half kitchen price, etc), I decided to go with Panda with a calculated risk, since their prices were not even 40% compared with HomeDepot prices (Wood cabinets, soft close). I made the deal with Daniel Gomez, who was very helpful. The cabinets and installation started as per schedule, and Douglas (Installer) was very good even fixing some issues the walls presented. He also help us and customized the cabinets for our microwave twice, because I needed to change sizes after it was installed, this caused them to replace the side panel of one of the pantries, at no cost for me, for which I'm grateful. Note: I was there all the time.
Bad customer service. Damaged new tiles and didn't own up to it. Covered entire living room with dust and wood particles because they couldn't close the balcony when working outside. They do not take responsibility for their actions. Can't rely or count on them. Went through personal property. ( possible stole items )
