The LNHBA is your full-time advocate protecting your business. The primary function of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association is to ensure that the housing construction market remains strong in the Lake Norman region. The Lake Norman Home Builders Association (LNHBA) is a not-for-profit professional association that represents and protects the interests of the building industry in and around the Lake Norman area. Membership with the LNHBA entitles you to membership with NAHB (an alliance of 245,000+ members nationally) and the NCHBA (more than 17,000 members statewide) at no additional cost.

The Lake Norman Home Builders Association (LNHBA) members are united to address the many concerns and issues affecting the housing industry in the Lake Norman community. We actively work with the community and local government to develop laws that protect the environment while still providing attractive, affordable communities and homes for the families of the Lake Norman region. Our membership continues to take an active role in all facets of home construction in the Lake Norman region. With a staff of professionals, the membership is dedicated to providing a wide range of housing choices, including affordable products for the important first-time buyer market and existing homeowners interested in remodeling.

Serving on a council rewards each member with influence, prestige, industry knowledge and the opportunity to expand their business. Serving on a committee allows a member to become more involved in the LNHBA and increase their networking opportunities. The mission of the Associates Committee is to bring value to all Associate, Builder, and Affiliate members by providing multiple opportunities to interact and participate collectively and/or one-on-one with all members, to provide support to our builders and arrange functions and events that are appealing to the general membership.
