Family owned & located in Salina, Kansas since 1969, Crestwood, Inc. is a manufacturer of fine cabinetry & related wood products & boasts a 300,000 square foot, state-of-the-Art facility that produces high quality, fully custom cabinetry. From traditional to contemporary, cabinet doors are the key style component to any kitchen & bathroom. Located in Montgomery, Alabama, Bishop Cabinets offers doors in a variety of wood species in traditional finishes as well as contemporary finishes such as metals, foils & exotic veneers.

Richard Balbier, owner & head designer of Ultimate Kitchen Design & Cabinetry, has worked in the cabinetry & furniture industry for over 35 years. His designs have been featured in Architectural Digest, Carolina Architecture & Design, Mountain South Homes, High Country Homes, Florida Design Magazine (6 times), Marquee Magazine, High Country Magazine, The Palm Beach Post, and The Miami Herald among others. Prior to relocating to the high country he designed furniture & cabinetry for clients such as Sophia Loren, Dan Marino, Christ Evert, the Bacardi Family, Jimmy Connors, Alan Jackson, & Ilie Nastase.
