We had a fairly specific desire to purchase a kitchen table that would fit our style and seat up to 12 people.

We love our Virginia heritage - the history, the people, the community. We've raised our family here, lived our lives here, and watched how time has changed the day-to-day life we know. Barns that were once the center of the community are vacant. The march of industrialization has replaced agriculture in much of our economy, making these historic structures obsolete. History is waiting to be reclaimed and repurposed, crafted into furniture as warm and welcoming as our hearts. At Shenandoah Kitchen + Home, we don't carry a finished inventory.

Our made-to-order cabinets reflect a modern farmhouse design. We create cabinetry that appears to be original to your home and harmoniously complement architectural elements in your home. Our design team works with you to create the perfect kitchen tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Incorporating a kitchen island, modern appliances from Thermador, and reclaimed wood accents contribute to a truly modern experience. Our wood shop can match any specifications from your decorator or architect, or we can work with you directly on your kitchen design.
