Sunrise Building & Remodeling renovated both my master bathroom and my kitchen and did an excellent job on both. The bathroom has a steam shower and they fitted the glass panels precisely so that the steam stays in the shower. The tiling was expertly laid out and the marble counter tops were professionally installed. Sink, tub and cabinetry all put in without a hitch, and the bathrooms looks updated and beautiful. We updated the kitchen with quartzite countertops, stainless steel sink and hood, and a new backsplash.

This was the second time we used Eric and the team at Sunrise Building and were just as happy as the first time! The crew was great - kept the site clean and respected our space and stuff. This was critical as we lived in the home during the project. Sunrise building and remodeling was a great find on Houzz. They created the most spectacular and luxurious screened in porch area that features wood paneling throughout and a gorgeous stained cedar ceiling. The workmen were artisans and paid remarkable attention to detail. We love our home even more with this new addition. If we ever choose to remodel our home again in any way, we would speed dial Sunrise builders. They’re efficient, respectful, professional and have the most incredible woodworkers.

Highly professional organization at all levels with deep knowledge. Provided alternative solutions (with alternative costs) without need of prompting. Respectful of client's wishes and responsive to requests and questions. Minimized disruption and dislocation during construction. Maintained a very neat jobsite. Coordinated efficiently with architect and designer. Project and all variations on original specifications were entirely on budget.

Sunrise Building spent much of the last year at our house engaged in a large remodeling project tied into adding on an office to the area of our family room. We updated 3 bathrooms, restructured our kitchen - new counters, cabinetry, open island (it's beautiful !!) and created a new floor in our family room which flowed into the new office. The crew was always professional, always a pleasure to have around. People took initiative about their tasks. Gregg Martinez was the project manager; Steve Massoni was our on site day to day person. Each one was courteous and responsive. To the degree that you can have your house taken over for months on end, it was a totally positive experience. We came to Sunrise through 2 friends, the Sattlers and the Ferenczes, who had previously used them for house work. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Their subs - electricians, plumbers, tilemen, painters - were proud professionals who wanted to do their best work.

Home remodeling projects (5 or 6 in total), both interior and exterior since 2009. Solar installation in 2013. Solar savings is reasonably on target. Estimates for all construction were accurate, but if we added more work the price obviously went up. Eric and his staff are great throughout whole job. What sold us was Eric's approach to helping us. The first time Eric came to our house and heard our wishes, instead of doing what we demanded, he listened and asked us important questions so that we were able to realize we had to go about getting what we wanted differently. He is a great listener, and helped us realize what was best for our needs. All projects were done by highly professional, skilled workers who work hard, are honest and who clean up work area every day before going home. Eric's office staff and his head project manager, Gregg, are all super. Our projects all were completed on time for the most part, one project completed 3 wks early which is pretty much unheard of. Solar install with ConEd approval was complete in 1 work week. We are so happy and will never use another company.
