We provide a turnkey service to you and will be your point of contact for all phases of construction of your new custom home.
Our projects range from single room renovations through entire home remodeling, with additions that completely change the total character of a house. We are full service contractors who bring our comprehensive home building experience to every sized project that we work on, unlike many specialty kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling contractors. We can maximize the use of the existing space in your home by re-thinking your floor plan and designing and building better flowing spaces. By applying our design and build capabilities, we can create beautiful millwork and trim carpentry accents to a room including cabinetry, built-ins, bars, closets, shelving and other fine details.
For any type of service that we can perform for you that doesn't fit into one of the above three arrangements, we can enter into a general consulting agreement with you. For example, we can help in finding you a suitable building lot. We can assist you in buying an existing house for demolition or for a major renovation and / or addition. We can work with you to obtain any necessary permits, variances, etc in order to help a project move forward. We can work with you to achieve your goals and act as your representative in any stage of the building process.

We can maximize the existing space that you have by re-thinking your room by room floor plan as well as by properly designing such things as built-ins within a room. We create additional space in your house by constructing additions. We work with you to upgrade your existing house by adding in all sorts of richly detailed finishes. We finish off basement and attic areas of the house that are currently unfinished.
In this type of arrangement we manage the overall construction process to bring the project to a satisfactory conclusion; however, we act as a consultant to the owner who directly contracts with individual subcontractors. The owner is essentially the general contractor. This method really only makes sense on larger projects in which, as the owner, you prefer to be completely involved in the day to day construction process. We can work with you to complete your project bringing our expertise to every step of the process.
When we act as a general contractor we either perform all of the construction work with our own employees, or we supervise the work of our subcontractors. We contract directly with the owner of the property and we handle all aspects of the construction work as agreed upon per the construction documents. If you wish to engage us as a general contractor, we are glad to provide you with a competitive bid for your project. If you do not have any plans or do not have complete plans with all of the finishing details established, then we can work with you to finalize your plans and specifications. In this type of arrangement, we can provide you with a turnkey service for the whole design and construction process. We work with you from the initial concept development, through a review of zoning requirements, though budgeting, though final design and permitting and through completion. We still act as a general contractor and contract directly with you as the owner by providing all of the work through our own employees or through subcontractors; however, in this type of relationship we handle not only construction but also, all of the incidental work associated with a construction project.
