I want to thank the whole staff at Air Comfort, for their exceptional service. From my first call inquiring about a new furnace and air conditioner. Kelly was very prompt and helpful explaining the new system and all rebates. He took the time to answer any and all questions. On the day of install the crew of Matt, Craig Kelly, and two others arrived on time and ready to work. They explained the work plan, and got right to work. Craig even took the time to dig up my sedum plants before taking out old air conditioner. When they were done Craig took me on a tour of new equipment explaining how everything worked, from where the new filter went and how important the correct size is. He also showed me the new thermostat with all the bells and whistles. Colleen, followed up with a call a few days later to check up on the install. We had a very positive experience with Air Comfort -- we needed a new air conditioner, Kelly came out to give us an estimate, he was very friendly and personable. They were able to install the new air conditioner just a few days later. They installed it while I was away at work, and they kept the house so clean I wouldn't have known they were there except when I came home the house was nice and cool!
