Scott began his journey into the Kitchen and Bath industry in 1984 while drafting perspectives for a local kitchen and bath showroom. In 1986 he attended the Wood-Mode training center in Kramer Pennsylvania, where his passion for Wood-Mode cabinetry started. In 1997, Scott was approached by Bill Schaefer to work for a start-up company, which would have Wood-Mode as its main cabinetry line. Twenty-three years and counting Scott is our longest tenured designer with the company. Rebecca has been designing kitchen and baths for the last 14 years and many of her projects have been featured in multiple publications including a collaboration that was featured in the New York Times.
