Before moving to Arizona, I was cleaning carpets with my father in Middletown, Ohio. My dad started with one carpet cleaning van and slowly grew it to a large scale carpet cleaning business that serviced the Cincinnati metro area. I started working as young as 10 years old, so I've learned a great deal about caring for carpets from my father. With that said, I wanted to expand my skills beyond carpet cleaning to include natural stone, tile and grout and upholstery. On the whole, my dad taught me to be honest with customers and have integrity behind the work done.

Depending on the specific tile and history of prior treatments, the tile and grout cleaning process involves a combination of both machine cleaning and hand scrubbing.

Our preparation delivers effective results. As we inspect the furniture to be cleaned we note all trouble areas and may ask a few pertinent questions to determine stain compositions. We take this information into account as we pick the cleaning solutions that would result in the best results for your particular staining or type of leather. We eradicate loose soil, crumbs, pet hair and mystery particles as needed before we apply your furniture's own custom cleaning solution. 2. Next we begin our cleaning method.

Your hard surface specialist will make note of all challenging areas and set your expectations as well as come up with a solution for each area. We will prepare the areas surrounding the tile, making sure not to disturb any carpeted or hardwood floors. At this point all furniture that will be cleaned under is moved. Your hard surface specialist will thoroughly sweep and vacuum the entire area, maximizing the results we obtain. As in any cleaning process, dry soil removal is the most important step.

We use high powered UV lights to find problem areas. An enzyme and urine neutralizing treatment is used to remove the toughest odors by flushing water through the pad and backing. This package effectively kills the bacteria associated with pet odor. It is an effective topical carpet treatment process. If pet accident stains have reached into the padding of the carpet the pet stain and odor removal package may be needed to effectively remove odor. This package effectively removes pet stains from both the surface of the carpet all the way to the padding.

The deep cleaning process involves pre spray / spotting. We then use machine agitation to loosen the soils and oils. A high powered suction from our truck mounted "steam" cleaner, along with a soft water rinse that leaves the carpet fresh and clean (no residue left behind here). Typically dry in 4-8 hours. 1: Survey & Pre-inspection Point out areas you would like cleaned and get special attention.
