I had hard water and chlorine stain from our pool sweep on my glass slider and 2 window cleaners told me they couldn't remove it! Got a sample of hard water stain remover and just ordered a bottle because the stains are completely gone!
I had tried vinegar, baking soda and vinegar, Mr Clean sponges, and even car rubbing compound and nothing worked (though those work well on other things) on my two glass shower doors. Nothing fully cleaned it off. Got a sample from my local Ace Hardware and tried it (not expecting anything helpful), but it worked. Also helps keep them clean. The sample cleaned my two doors but I now have the bottle. Awesome product!
Ok, so I found these samples in our local Ace Hardware and said to my wife "what the heck lets give it a try". I have attempted to use other forms of clean some even included acid. No luck. Today I just tried this peppermint smelling green goo on my wife's subaru which all the windows and the mirrors are badly covered with hard water spots. I was blown away at how well it worked without not much effort. Yeah, A little elbow grease is needed but it isn't needed for a very long time. I have a picture that I hope can be seen well where you can see the water spots and where I cleaned them up with.
