I've been in the business of cleaning windows since 2003. I focus mostly on residential homes in the cities of La Verne, Claremont, San Dimas, Glendora, Upland, and Rancho Cucamonga. Most of my clients (around 1400+) are home owners, however I also do window washing on some small to mid-sized commercial buildings as well. I work by myself, take my time, and do it right. I'm a perfectionist about the quality of my work and it shows in the referrals and repeat business I continue to receive. So if you're looking for a window cleaner who you can trust, one that will treat your belongings and your home with the care they deserve, and do the best window cleaning job around, then it's time to call Mike at Window Magic!

Keeping your home clean on the outside is a smart thing to do. You're exterior paint will last longer and will look much better if you keep washed off. The downside to this is washing your home gets the windows dirty and covered in hard water stains. These hard water stains, if left on your glass for any length of time, may become permanent. The best case scenario is someone like me can remove the hard water stains with special chemicals and a lot of hard rubbing. Worst case; you have to replace the glass.

Perhaps you've tried other window cleaning companies. Are you happy with the results? Are your windows left perfectly clean every time? Did they clean your screens? Did the window cleaner take their shoes off when they came in your home? Did they look like and act like a professional? Did they use a drop cloth under every inside window and treat your furniture and belongings with care? If you're not happy with your present window cleaner or you don't want to clean your own, then what's the solution to your window cleaning predicament?

My commercial clients enjoy the extra care and detail that I put into cleaning their windows. Mike Hatcher, owner of Window Magic, came to us by word of mouth about 3 years ago. Our building has lots of small windows making them time consuming and hard to wash. No job is too hard for Mike so we settled on a reasonable price and every 3 months he shows up an cleans our windows inside and out, double and even triple checking his work. Not only is Mike reliable but his work is neat and clean and he doesn't disturb our employees.

Here are some things you can do to make your window cleaning appointment smooth and save you money too. 1. Please don't schedule your window cleaning appointment on the same day your gardener is coming. I love ‘Mow and Blowers' when I'm not there. They blow dust all over your home getting the windows dirty and creating more business for me. Not a good idea on the day that I'm cleaning the glass. If you decide to wash off your home, please do it at least 3-5 days prior to your window cleaning appointment.
