These units are equipped with a variable speed compressor which can range from high to low heating and cooling, to provide the ultimate comfort no matter what the temperature is outside. On the bitter cold days of winter, the system will provide full power heating to keep you comfy, but on the more mild winter days we get in the Pacific Northwest, this heat pump can scale back to use less energy, and still keep you comfortable.

The Trane XC95M is one of the quietest, most efficient gas furnaces you can buy. This furnace is variable capacity, meaning that it will find the exact right setting to run at, delivering the ultimate comfort level in your home, all while saving you money. This furnace communicates using Trane's ComfortLink II technology, which will calibrate along with a Trane Nexia thermostat to provide optimal performance. As part of our GPP system maintenance, we perform a thorough cleaning and inspection for your heating and cooling system, and replace your filters, twice each year. With regular maintenance we are able to catch potential problems before they occur making your heating and cooling system more durable throughout the year. While regular maintenance greatly reduces the chance of a breakdown in your heating and cooling system, it is still possible that a failure could occur.

With a Trane XV20i variable speed air conditioner installed by Clean Energy Comfort, you will be getting the best cooling system imaginable. The XV20i is a communicating air conditioner with the ability to adapt to current weather conditions. The hotter it gets outside, the more cooling the XV20i will produce. On a more mild day, the XV20i can run at a lower speed keeping you cool while using less energy. This air conditioner is extremely quiet with a nominal sound rating of 55 db.
