SERVPRO of Casper was established in 1985 by Gerald and Gale Sleep. It began as a home-based business, providing fire and water restoration service, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning, and janitorial services. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, our company moved into a shop less than two years later, and steadily grew and expanded. Today, with our office located only a few blocks from our original home site, we have a fleet of vehicles and equipment, as well as a large team of technicians.
As experts in deodorization, SERVPRO of Casper is trained to identify and eliminate offensive odors. These odors can come from a number of sources both inside and outside a structure. We have the training and equipment to identify and eliminate these offensive odors. By identifying the cause of the odor, and determining the conditions where it contacts surfaces, the odor can often be removed over time without a trace. Our technicians have access to several odor removal products capable of penetrating surfaces to neutralize an unpleasant odor thoroughly.
Whether it's economy-grade carpet and upholstery, or the highest-quality, delicate floor coverings and fabrics, soiling can accumulate over time and leave a dirty appearance. By having routine cleaning done on your carpets and upholstery, you preserve and protect your investment. As an added bonus, your freshly-cleaned carpet and upholstery will feel softer and smell fresher. SERVPRO of Casper's cleaning technicians are trained and certified to clean your carpets and upholstery safely and effectively.
SERVPRO of Casper excels at cleaning fine fabrics and intricate pieces using wet or dry cleaning methods as required. We carefully inspect and test fabrics to determine which of our System's five cleaning methods is best suited to your fabrics. We use state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for cleaning fine fabrics. A good rule-of-thumb is to clean drapes approximately every two years. A recent survey by SERVPRO disclosed that the average customer believes drapes should be cleaned when they look dirty.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Servpro. I came home late at night to find everything in my basement floating in several inches of water. In the most timely manner, Servpro was there to clean up the water and completely dry out the basement. A courteous, professional staff, maintaining smiles and positive attitudes as they carried soaking wet carpet out of our basement into the well below-freezing temperatures of the outside. I wish you never the disaster of a flooded basement, but what a relief to know that in the unfortunate event, Servpro will always be there. Thank you, Servpro Team!
Servpro went above and beyond our expectations! Would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone who needs a flood cleaned up or just their carpets cleaned.
We had a popcorn mishap at my office. It was so smelly we almost had to cancel patients. Servepro came with an ozone machine and turned it on over night. That is all it took and the smell was gone. Although we still threw away the microwave in question.
