Holiday Cleaners has been a fixture in the Grand Valley, providing dry cleaning and laundry services, for about 60 years. The current owners have been operating since 2004. We believe in providing good quality and customer service. We also believe in running an environmentaly friendly business. It is not just good practice, it is also good business. The lighting upgrades saved enough power to pay for them selves in under two years while providing more light. Machine upgrades in the laundromat doubled the capactiy while consuming the same amount of utilities.
Holiday Cleaners uses GreenEarth for most garment and household cleaning. GreenEarth is a silicone based solvent that breaks down into sand, CO2, and water. It provides safe, gentle cleaning. For items that require a more aggressive solvent, we use DrySolv. It is a nonchlorinated solvent that breaks down in the atmosphere in 3 weeks compared to months for Perc. Since it is nonchlorinated, it is not an ozone depleting chemical. DrySolv is an excellent degreaser but is not as good for items with delicate trim.
