It all began in 1983 when Neil Boyd began washing the walls of his father's racing engine service center. Under the name Alliance Maintenance, Neil quickly grew his business and Alliance became one of the largest janitorial companies in the State of Oklahoma. In 1997, Neil began teaching other entrepreneurs how to adopt and use the Alliance business model through a licensing program. With a focus on exciting customers with great service and cleaning for health, Alliance has rapidly grown throughout the central and southern regions of the United States.

At Alliance Maintenance we have a Cleaning System that our operators use to train and test all cleaners. This System includes basic cleaning that we perform during every visit and detail cleaning that is performed periodically throughout the month.
Alliance provides commercial cleaning services with the goal of completely satisfying and retaining the customer. We pride ourselves in retaining customers long-term. We have served many of our customers for over 10 years! Alliance cleaners will vacuum the entire carpeted area, including: corners of rooms, edges of walls, behind doors, and under desks and trash cans. We will also move and vacuum beneath light furniture. After vacuuming, we will neatly place the furniture and trash cans where they belong.

In 2007, Scott Frakes left his job as Sales Manager of a local real estate development company. During his search for a new career, he found a unique opportunity at Alliance Maintenance.
We know that you want to work in a healthy environment. We help you with that by cleaning your building with microfiber cleaning tools and disinfectant cleaners. Microfiber cleaning tools reduce the amount of dust and allergens that are "kicked up" into the air while cleaning. This should lead to less sniffling and sneezing around the office. Microfiber is a tiny, tiny fiber that is woven together and then used to create cleaning tools, such as cloths, towels, mops, dusting mitts, and dusting wands.
I want to use our cleaning business to excite people. It sounds crazy, but it's currently happening and can happen more often. People like it when they look down at the toilet and it's spot-free and clean. People feel good when we show up unannounced and "freshen up" their toilets during the workday. People laugh when we give them sour flush toilets or the world's cleanest toilet. People trust us when we show up and inspect their building month after month. People respect us when we show up and put floor savers on their chairs.
