My floors and carpeting look beautiful. The technicians were excellent. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend this establishment for cleaning of carpets, hard wood and vinyl floors. If the two are used in unison, you can keep your carpets looking great year-round and help extend the life of the carpeting. To get the best results, we recommend removing furniture from the rooms you want cleaned if you want them cleaned under. Small items will be moved by our crews but we will not move file cabinets, conference room tables, bookcases, lobby furniture and large pieces of furniture.

The guys were very pleasant and professional, extremely careful while in my home, and very thorough with my upholstery cleaning. Additionally, the fragrance of the cleaning solution was very pleasant and not at all overpowering or a cover-up. High traffic gradually dulls the floors and the grout becomes dark with dirt. Regular mopping only removes surface-level dirt. To keep the tile floors in your property looking their best, we recommend having them professionally cleaned every year, depending on the amount of traffic, soil and regular floor maintenance.

First, we apply a cleaning solution to your tile and grout that begins to loosen the embedded dirt and soil. We then mechanically agitate the tile and grout to suspend the dirt and soil. Finally, powerful truck mounted equipment is used to safely blast away the dirt and soil which renews the tile and grout. Most grout and some tile is a porous material that can absorb stains, odors and soil. Once the tile and grout is cleaned, it should be properly sealed so it has a protective barrier to prevent future staining.

Next step in the process is to turn the rug upside down on an open grid and force out the dry dirt and soil trapped in the rugs.
