WestAIR responded promptly to my call for A/C service. I got a call prior to servicing to confirm the time would work with my schedule.
The issue with the A/C was accurately diagnosed and immediately addressed. In addition, we discussed servicing of the A/C and Furnace which were installed by WestAIR 6 years ago, the nature of the equipment, issues being addressed with manufacturers and a plan for on-going maintenance.
WestAIR recognized my desire to schedule regular maintenance appointments to prevent major repair bills. I appreciate the time given to make sure our A/C is working well at a time when we are expecting record heat.

We had a very positive experience with West Air. We had an issue with the furnace. They came that afternoon and fixed the issue. The tech showed us how the issue was resolved and preventative care for the future. They did a quality job, fair priced, quick to respond and honest.
