Made in South Korea, as he likes to say, Charles Cho considers himself a lifelong learner. This thirst for knowledge led him to gain a diverse set of skills in electrical engineering before he immigrated to the U.S. Eager to learn a new trade, he decided to try his hand at the cleaning services industry. It was here that he began what was to become his biggest achievement - Tidy Building Services. Mr. Cho built Tidy from scratch in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1980. He went door to door with an offer of "quality service, prompt service, and prompt communication".
Shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and more - Tidy has the experience and professionalism you need. Clean carpeting and furniture are one of the most important attributes to the overall look of your space. Not only can we keep up the look of your carpet with routine maintenance, we can also remove stains caused by things like food, grease, beer, wine, gum, and even less desirable situations. After a test procedure to determine the right method for removal, we make sure to use the right solution and take great care with pH levels so as not to damage fibers. Whether it's steam-cleaning, rotary scrubbing, the use of wet or dry chemicals, we know how to keep your carpet and upholstery looking fresh.
Grout can appear grimy because of dirt and other materials, like cleaners and detergents, which settle into the pores. Grout is often not cleaned with the proper brush; waxing and silicone grout sealant can also keep it grungy looking over time. If caustic cleaners (which contain acid) are used, this creates more pores that trap more dirt. We use special cleansers with no detergent or acid, that "float" particles out of the grout for a true cleaning, and sealers that properly protect against acids, oils, and other things that cause grime.
