Unlike other cleaning services, you are never locked into a long- term contract with Perfect Maintenance. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our services we simply request a 30 day written notice. To bring your facility up to the highest standards quickly, we also offer an Initial Cleaning that includes our team of detail oriented cleaners and go through your spaces from top to bottom in one day.
